Sally Campbell

I've more than 20 years' experience as coach, facilitator and trainer working within change and learning and development projects across many sectors and functions. I particularly enjoy helping those I work with achieve their potential (often perhaps in some way being their temporary 'champion'), building the 1:1 coaching relationship and supporting my clients in their specific goals. Prior to a career change into this work which was supported by a PGDip (Roehampton) in Coaching at Work, my earlier experience was gained first in recruitment and then the IT industry, initially in customer support/training before moving into business development and reseller management.

Sarah Henbrey

I have over 27 years experience of business in sectors including consumer electronics, telecoms, retail and R&D. I held OD Director positions at Sony and Three mobile and am now an independent Executive coach and consultant.

I have in-depth expertise in leadership and talent development and has also become increasingly interested in the area of personal Resilience and Energy and how to develop practical strategies to increase personal Resilience in the face of ever-increasing pressure in the business world. This is often a theme that arises with my coaching clients.

I believe that great leadership starts with bringing the whole person to the leadership role. When leaders are more conscious of the kind of leader they are and how they want to lead, others are more willing to trust and to follow them.

My coaching clients describe me as a great listener. I create a safe and calm, but also challenging, 'thinking space' that is essential for quality decisions and effective leadership.

Sarah Symonds

I specialise in coaching parents returning to work after maternity or paternity leave. This transition often brings unexpected challenges. I work with clients to help them navigate their way through by gaining perspective and clarity on the changes that have taken place in their lives as well as what they want to achieve before putting actions, bespoke to their needs in place. I am a Licensed Career Coach (trained by Career Counselling Services via a course that is accredited by the Association of Coaching) and part way through an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring run by Charlie Warshawski of LoveYourCoaching. I also hold a Foundation Certificate in counselling skills and a degree in Business Administration. As well I have worked for many years as a Careers Adviser, helping people of all ages and from a wide variety of industries.

Sharon Shoebridge

Having left Uni with great plans to go into Social Work, which I did for a year, I then spent the following five years at sea working on Charter Yachts around the Med. It was here that I learned the pleasure of shopping in fresh local markets and producing healthy tasty food. When I returned to the UK I went to college again to train as a chef and subsequently ran an outside catering business, with a friend, for the next 12 years. Once the children were older, I decided to go into the corporate world and worked for British Airways, a small local tour operator called Bales Worldwide and then moving onto Virgin Holidays as a Project Manager, where I still work ten years on. Virgin have a huge commitment to training and personal development and it is here that I have taken all of my project management qualifications. Projects work as a unique community for a set period of time and require the same skills as if you are building a long term team. Dealing with varying characters, backgrounds and skill sets takes some ingenuity. When the company announced they were going to run a Coaching in the Workplace programme I was one of the first to sign up and am now passionate about the value this brings to corporations and individuals. Six years on and I regularly coach, and mentor, up to five people at a time – these sessions can last for six weeks, or on occasion only one session is required to unlock potential. A highlight for me has been being able to coach at Headley Court when it was the rehabilitation centre for military personnel who had been in war zones. To be able to help bridge the gap between military life and civilian life was humbling. I am looking forward to taking my coaching skills to the next level and to enable this I recognise that help and mutual support are crucial.

Sue Webb

Sue has a wealth of experience in the education sector, as a teacher, school leader and now as a Leadership and Team Coach. As a headteacher of an outstanding school, Sue spent five years growing individuals and teams, managing significant change, developing a values-based organisation and achieving excellent outcomes for all stakeholders. Having ‘walked the walk’, Sue’s passion for supporting school leaders is now her mission and the reason for the work she does in schools. Sue specialises in coaching leaders, and also other staff who play significant roles within schools. Whether working with senior leaders, middle leaders or newly-qualified teachers, Sue brings her coaching expertise and experience, in a wide range of educational settings, to focus explicitly on what is at the core of the individual, team or organisation – supporting people to discover what is driving them forwards, what their motivators are - and what is holding their growth back. She challenges her coachees, with support and kindness, to look beyond ‘what they do’ and ask themselves ‘how to be’. After headship, Sue qualified from Henley Business School in 2016 with a Distinction in the Professional Certificate in Coaching. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner and runs a private coaching practice for children and young people with a focus on improving their wellbeing and developing resilience.

Vanessa Wye, PCC

I am professionally accredited with both the ICF and the AoEC and have over 20 years coaching experience. I am passionate about the transformation of leaders and develop honest, powerful and enabling relationships. I specialise in the one to one and team coaching of senior people to deliver higher value to their organisation. My purpose is to help people be the most fully integrated, best version, of themselves at work. As each coachee steps further into their best self; they shine with confidence and skilfully exert more influence. Importantly for the organisation, they become better at navigating relationships and complexity, dealing with change and conflict and securing more success. For me and my coachees, this is transformational leadership coaching: it’s about breakthroughs in understanding self and what we value, the confidence to let go of limiting beliefs and old patterns, the courage to find our creativity and walk a bold path.
