Linda Bullen

I'm a business psychologist who likes to consult and coach where I can see that I can really make a difference to people. I love finding ways to build the confidence of my clients so that they get to stand out as a result of the work we’ve done together.

I work with organisations on the people stuff i.e. how they recruit, develop, and manage people and I work with teams to help them build their trust and effectiveness. As a coach I work with individuals to help them navigate some of these organisational processes eg. if they want promotion; or if they make major move in their life or career. I help people navigate difficult relationships at work and the issues that cross between personal and work life, often where people are feeling particularly vulnerable or stressed.

I was recently awarded merit in the AOEC Advanced Coaching Programme and am ICF accredited. Furthermore, 20 years in OD inform my coaching and I am an associate fellow of the BPS.

I really enjoy working with teams to help them identify their strengths and how they can improve their performance and work better together.

I have a solid background in learning and development, offering analysis, design and delivery through to evaluation. I’m also a firm believer in personal development. Practitioner in NLP, emotional literacy and career coaching, Pg Diploma in Career Guidance, Associate CIPD, member EMCC.

Mark Peacock

Hi, I'm a business and executive coach and I do two things: I help businesses unlock value through better pricing solutions and I coach businesses and executives to improve their leadership skills and achieve their goals.

Pricing is one of the key areas for improving profitability but conversely, it’s an aspect of your business you probably spend relatively little time thinking about. There are many ways to approach your pricing strategy and I can coach you through the options available and help you implement a plan to achieve results quickly.

I am also a trained executive and leadership development coach and work with people in any business context to help you improve your skills and achieve your goals. I am passionate about helping people develop themselves and believe that everyone has the potential to improve their capabilities and achieve a better future for themselves and their business.

Pat Kirby

Hi. I've been an ILM L7 qualified coach since 2014. I have loved every minute I have spent in the pursuit of my qualification and in the practice that followed. I am now fortunate enough to have the chance to make this my sole profession.

I spent 26 years in the public sector, followed by 10 years of senior management in the charity sector. The vast majority of this time was spent within L&D and HR.

I struck out on my own as a freelance coach in 2017. My particular areas of interest are career coaching for aspiring managers and the newly promoted, plus life coaching - especially for women in their middle years, looking to make the most of their life. Finally, I have a personal interest in Type 2 Diabetes, and offer hybrid coaching/training on how to manage life with the condition.

Most of my coaching associates are spread across the globe. I am looking forward to mixing with peers who are more local.
