Kelly has an extensive network within the Rail industry and is an advocate for industry collaboration, she has participated in a number of industry activities including acting as the Chair of the Rail Industry’s HR Group and as a Non Executive Director for the National Skills Academy for Rail (NSAR) where she and the rest of the board were instrumental in reshaping the company and recruiting a new senior team following a significant restructuring of the business.

In my day job I am a Leadership Coach, focussing on enabling good leaders to become even more effective every day. I especially enjoy working in the education sector, enabling Heads and their Leadership Teams to become highly effective, even in very challenging circumstances.
