What is a lack of confidence and direction really costing you? Continuously undervalued? Missing out on your dreams? Feeling disconnected? I see you and I hear you because I have been there. The good news is that life does not have to be this way! Hi, I'm Grace (insert cheesy wave here). As an accountant working in financial services, I felt drained. It wasn’t just the crazy deadlines & the pressure of the job. It was something harder to pin-down. The feeling of ‘meh’ was my default setting. In order to escape, I found myself working excessively late nights hoping that at some point all the work would make me feel whole, make me feel valued, & heard… (Spoiler Alert: It didn’t.) I tried to change my life by making superficial shifts. Slowly realising that I kept slipping into the same habits that didn’t serve me emotionally, mentally or professionally. I was going nowhere. In desperation I hired a life coach. Honestly, I had no idea what coaching even was, but I was curious, & I figured that I had nothing to lose. This was the start of a beautiful life changing journey. My coach helped me reconnect with who I am, what matters to me, & how to live my best life. I smile as I look back at where I have come from, & how challenging & rewarding the journey has been. I have a clear understanding of who I am, what fills my cup, & the direction my life is headed. That’s why I wake up every day passionate about helping others to find their own paths with a structured coaching program designed to empower you to unlock all the best parts of you. I know, life’s busy. Give yourself permission to invest in your own happiness, success, & fulfilment. Your future is yours to write. Trust is an essential ingredient when working together. Here’s some more information on my professional qualifications: I graduated from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an international coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner & COR.E Transitions/Leadership Dynamics Specialist. I chose to study at iPEC because of the school’s well established roots & high regard within the industry. Having obtained my accounting designation, I see an incredible value in having a well-recognised certification to be able to demonstrate that I have dedicated a large amount of time to refine my coaching skills & to ensure that my coaching has lasting results for my clients.

Gregor Findlay

Hi there, I started coaching in 2001 after a thirteen years of commercial (mostly sales) experience in the technology, media and telecoms sectors.

I had been sitting on the roof of a houseboat on a lake near Srinagar in Kashmir at sunset, listening to the Muezzin calling the faithful to prayer. After months of exploration I finally realised that the thing that gives me the most satisfaction in life is helping people. I also love the world of business so it was obvious I should be coaching in business.

I'm lucky enough to have been in occupied solidly ever since with some great clients. I'm continuing to develop as an Exec coach (it never ends!) and my focus now is firmly on coaching leadership teams.

My clients tell me that I'm pragmatic and practical which my wife finds hard to believe.

Heike Saxer-Taylor

I am an executive coach, team coach and facilitator working mainly in international settings and excited about the potential of cultural diversity. I have worked with clients across a wide range of industries, from automotive through to fashion, and at all levels of seniority, from Future Leaders through to board members and CEOs. Much of my work focusses on individuals and teams working across different cultures. My coaching work is by no means limited to this though. I have supported many individuals here in the UK working within a single-country setting. Some of my areas of focus are supporting clients in identifying their purpose, overcoming self-limiting beliefs, identifying and building strengths, improving presence and influencing skills, managing and empowering teams and building resilience. As a German/British dual national I coach both in German as well as in English.

Jackie Adams

I am an HR consultant and Executive Coach. After many years in the world of corporate HR, I left to set up my own HR Consultancy and Coaching business in 2017, having qualified as a coach with AoEC.

I work on a variety of HR projects and coaching both within large corporates and smaller organisations. However, my real passion is to help leaders within organisations to become more effective, both individually (through coaching), and to help them develop their teams to understand themselves and each other better (through the use of psychometrics, team building events and coaching). I also help them deal with their difficult people issues effectively. This enables them to improve the performance of their team.

In addition, I work with individuals who are at a crossroads in their career and don’t know what to do, to enable them to clarify the way forwards and confidently make the changes they want to make.

Joanna Lott

I came to a realisation that I needed to find work that aligned with my personal values so left London HR/OD life in September 2019. I began studying for the ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring in September 2019 so am just beginning my coaching journey and really looking forward to making a difference to the lives of others. I’ve been lucky enough to work within various businesses, large and small, in different roles and directly with the leadership team, so I’ve had great exposure to the challenges and people issues that arise. I’ve led work on employee engagement, culture and values and would love to use coaching to help businesses increase their engagement and business outcomes. I'm delighted to be part of the group and to connect with people who have the same passion as me, and to learn from you all.

Joanne Dunham

Hi, I am an executive & team coach and I love my work!

My clients range from senior leaders in national & international companies and charities, owners and managers of SMEs, to leaders in state and independent schools. I support them to achieve positive, sustainable change & growth through improved thinking, by asking questions that enable them to reflect, have new insights and find their own solutions.

Using new findings in neuroscience which help us understand how the brain works best, my coaching style is warm and supportive, whilst having challenge when appropriate.

I particularly enjoy working with women leaders as they develop their careers towards their potential whilst adopting flexible working practices.

I am qualified with Results Coaching Systems as both an Executive and Team Coach, accredited by the ICF at ACC and applying for my PCC in 2016.

Coaching is a powerful process and I am passionate about the change it can bring about in people’s lives.

My earlier career was spent at senior manager/director level in small companies (start up and early stages of growth), as well as large organisations - giving me understanding and familiarity of the issues and challenges that individuals face in their working lives. Senior roles in strategy, business planning and strategic marketing, combined with an MBA and MSC provide academic and theoretical models to combine with 25 years of practical experience.

Separately I currently also practise as a counsellor and psychotherapist (UKCP accredited).

Julia Bend

Working within the corporate environment for almost 30 years, I have seen how people struggle with workplace change and how that has affected career choices and confidence. This can also lead to frustration and self-doubt, jeopardising progression at the very time when focus should be put on advancement and satisfaction. I specialise in supporting individuals to build on the skills they have already developed, so that they can identify themselves and push for the recognition and promotion they deserve.

Julie Barnes

I started coaching in 2005 having worked for 18 years in marketing. I found my purpose in life when I found coaching. I am a leadership coach focussing on supporting leaders as they transition through their leadership journey. I especially enjoy working in the pharmaceutical and care sectors and I am passionate about developing people. Some of the feedback that I have had from clients is that I build a safe, trusting, open and honest environment where I challenge with empathy to provoke deeper thinking. I work with my clients to help them to identify and work on self -limiting beliefs and mindtraps, to identify what they need to work on and to understand the root cause of their blockers.

Julie Finn

As an Advanced Clarity Coach and Facilitator, my passion is working with people who feel stuck and want to make changes. I help people transition successfully through work and life challenges. My approach is based on the principle that we all have the innate capabilities, wellness and wisdom to move courageously in the direction of our dreams. After a 30-year career in Human Resource Management and a cancer diagnosis, I decided to change direction qualifying as a coach, and setting up my own business. I now offer individual and group coaching and facilitation, HR consultancy and interim HR project management. I am also a Trustee of the Christian International Peace Service, a charity working to bring peace between communities in conflict.
