Amanda White

I founded Confluence Coaching Ltd, after making the decision in 2018 to move on from my former career in the corporate world where I enjoyed an international HR career for 20+ years (HR Director at country and area levels, and International Employee Relations Director). Confluence Coaching is predominantly a business to business coaching company, focused on supporting clients through change, building resilience and flowing through change to become stronger as a result.

My coaching training was with Newfield Asia while I was based in Singapore, where I attended their programme The Art and Practice of Ontological Coaching. The training was to PCC standard although at the moment I'm registered as ACC with the ICF, while building up my hours to become PCC. I am also a Professional Medical Coach, accredited through Medical Coaching International (MCI), supporting patients (and carers) suffering from acute or chronic illness.

Belinda Kiely

I help individuals, teams and organisations achieve and sustain the changes they want to make, through coaching and facilitation. I have an unusual combination of executive coaching, business ownership, corporate leadership and consultancy experience. This combination does influence my approach to coaching which is best described as ‘coaching with content’, a cross between traditional coaching and mentoring. I am always happy to talk, whether you are a prospective client or a coach starting out. If you want to find out more check out my LinkedIn profile or give me a call on 07956 349793.

Beth Hood

I spent over 15 years' working in the UK Government's security and intelligence sector. Over the course of my career I developed the specialist leadership, communication, influence, negotiation and facilitation skills needed to run operations across the UK and overseas and to lead teams in high-profile, national security cases.

More recently I have used those skills in leadership development, supporting decision makers and policy makers at the highest levels, including government ministers and security chiefs.

I am passionate about good leadership, personal and professional growth and about enabling development in others.

I set up Verosa early in 2018 after training with Charlie Warshawski of LoveYourCoaching for the ILM7 certificate in Advanced Coaching and Mentoring. I am a CIPD qualified trainer and facilitator and I'm trained in NLP.

I now work with a wide range of clients from a variety of backgrounds across both the private and public sector.

Charlie Warshawski

I have been mentoring since 2001, coaching since 2007 and coach training since 2010. It is the central part of my work and something that has given me great satisfaction as well as seeing many benefits for others.

My initial training was as a business coach, and subsequently I trained as an ICF accredited coach, and now hold their PCC level. The main pleasure I now get is teaching others to coach, either in their setting or on our accredited programmes.

I left corporate HR life in April 2017, after almost 30 years, to start working for myself. Having participated in many in-house coaching courses I decided to study for the ILM Level 5 Certificate in October 2017 and I was very pleased to pass in June 2018.

I currently work with a small number of coaching clients, as I'm building up this aspect of my business. I'm delighted to be part of the group and to connect with people who have the same passion as me. I always enjoy picking up hints and tips from my fellow coaches!

Emma Simpson

Decades of experience in aviation safety and innovation have taught me to always look beyond the obvious, to peel away the layers and take into account both internal and external contexts when striving for the optimum outcome. As a life, leadership and wellness coach I take this systemic approach when working with clients, to enable long lasting and transformational change. I have lived on the hamster wheel, but my transition to a coach and a writer has allowed me to well and truly step off. Time and again we find ourselves peddling ever faster, often losing sight of where we are, and where we want to be. Coaching enables you to pause, reflect, and really consider your true purpose in a safe and confidential environment. The skills I have gleaned as a leader, decision maker, mentor, wellbeing advocate and board trustee have blended to inform my coaching practice, with my client’s needs always at the heart of the process. I bring experience and authenticity to my work, enabling you to discover new possibilities and translate insight into actionable change. I hold a PG Certificate in Coaching Psychology and am an accredited member of the Association for Coaching. I look forward to working with you.
