Discussing how the LDF can enable our clients to build their capability and capacity to be more at ease and deal with complex situations.
In this interactive session, we will discuss how the LDF can enable our clients to build their capability and capacity to be more at ease and deal more effectively with complex situations. This is an important part of our coaching toolkit in a world of increasing uncertainty and complexity.
Ian Mitchell works closely with senior leaders and their teams, acting as a supportive, yet appropriately challenging, systems focused coach with whom they can work through the complex issues and challenges that arise in times of organisational or personal growth, transition and change. Acquired over many years his key coaching skill is to help his clients to create for themselves time and space in which to make key decisions in otherwise complex or stressful situations.
Sian Lumsden has 25+ years as a highly relational executive and team coach, coach trainer and leadership development consultant, predominantly coaching senior leaders and their teams in large, complex organisations, across most industry sectors, operating at European and global levels. Her work generates deep inquiry into compelling purpose in times of change and complexity whilst creating spaces where teams can connect, think and rewire how they work together.
Rebecca Stevens is an experienced business psychologist, leadership coach and organisational development consultant. She currently co-leads Harthill’s coaching practice as well as designing and delivering coaching and leadership development interventions for a broad range of cross sector clients.
