I am an executive coach and leadership consultant designing trainings and interventions for lasting behavioural change.
Through developing mindfulness, I work with leaders to deliver transformative change - in their behaviour and their organisations.
I became a coach when I started leading teams and realised that the coaching management style is the one that helps most to empower my people. However the journey to become an accredited coach helped me rediscover my passion for learning, and after many years of delivering change (new products, partnerships, commercial models) I switched careers to help teach people how to do just that.
It's thanks to coaching that I'm where I am now - running my own business doing coaching, training and HR consultancy - and it's a great journey to be on.

Before my own business, I worked in HR within the creative industry and most recently, I was a Partner and Ops Director for a brand and design agency. I've been lucky enough to work in small independent businesses and large corporate networks, giving me the most amazing exposure to how different businesses are run and the different ways people are managed and supported in their jobs.

I did my coach training in 2012 and fell in love with it immediately. I've found it to be hugely rewarding work and I'm excited to now be working with women in the 20-35 age group (ish!) to bring them the confidence to achieve all that they want in their own careers and lives.

If you'd like to chat about what I'm doing or share experiences then do get in touch. I'm on 07789 555626 or
Hello. I'm Alison Reid, an executive coach helping high-potential managers and leaders be successful and fulfilled in their work.
After graduating from Merton College, Oxford, my career encompassed the arts, accountancy and sales and marketing before I found my home in the field of coaching and development over a decade ago.
I have over 20 years' experience across FMCG, professional services, IT and the third sector. Organisations I worked for before I set up my coaching business include Procter & Gamble, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Rackspace, Baker & McKenzie & VSO. I've also fitted in a couple of interesting career breaks volunteering and travelling abroad.
I care about my clients finding more effective and sustainable ways of being and doing. To do this, I help them reconnect their head with their body and emotions, drawing on a methodology called ontological coaching. This approach addresses your whole way of being, not just the actions you take.
After a career of over 30 years in sales, and sales management, I now run my own coaching and training business. I help companies and people to develop their own business, and grow, through winning more business - of the right type. I help people to recognise and work with their strengths, reinforcing their abilities, and give them techniques and behaviours to achieve success. I am accredited by the Governments GrowthAccelerator programme, as well as the Sandler Sales Institute and Strengthscope.
Alyse Ashton
I am fortunate to have found what I most love doing in my work - I am an accredited professional executive coach and I design creative, engaging development programmes. I enjoy speaking and bringing fresh thinking, coaching and acting skills to the fore in creating compelling conferences and events. I was recently been invited to join the teaching faculty of the Academy of Executive coaching.

My philosophy is grounded in positive psychology and a belief that creating the conditions for people to think well unleashes their energy and potential. I bring sensitivity and challenge when facilitating groups, flexing to deal with what's 'in the room'.

I work with leadership talent across the world and has over 25 years’ experience in developing and coaching individuals and teams to create step changes for themselves and their businesses.
I trained as a coach with Newfield Asia 5 years ago while working in Singapore. Most of my coaching is within the company I work for as International Employee Relations Director, where I am actively involved in promoting coaching as part of our mission to develop a new company culture. I am also training with Medical Coaching International (MCI) to become a qualified medical coach, supporting those suffering from illness or caring for patients.
