A Business Studies graduate and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, I have 30 years experience in Human Resource Management. In 2013, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and following treatment, I re-evaluated my career, qualified as a coach, left my employer of 16 years, and set up my own business – Cornerstone HR Consultancy. I now provide interim HR support and coaching, with a particular focus on wellness coaching.

I am an OD Consultant, Accredited Coach, Facilitator, and Psychologist. Compassion, fairness and growth are central to who I am, and to how I operate. I love working with people to untangle issues, to help them to get unstuck and moving ahead with clarity, direction and pace. I get a buzz out of joining the dots with organisations to help them to achieve their vision; ensuring all factors are aligned for success. I enjoy working at the organisation, team and individual level to support people's potential.

I have spent nearly twenty years working in OD, HR and Learning in large corporates, starts-ups, government departments and charities. I’m a Chartered Occupational Psychologist; the culmination of eight years of study, motivated by the desire to get under the skin of organisations and to understand what makes people tick.

I am the Founder and Director of Talentology Ltd which is an organisational and people development consultancy founded on the belief that an organisations' success depends on its people and to be successful, you need to know and grow your people.

Our approach is simple, we offer a number of services which include: consultancy, workshop design, facilitation, mentoring and coaching to help our clients with the challenge of developing and retaining great people.

I am an accredited coach with the EMCC (Practitioner level) and have coached junior to senior leaders within a variety of different organisations and sectors. I really enjoy helping people with their personal development and ultimately to become the person they want to be.

I'm a business psychologist who likes to consult and coach where I can see that I can really make a difference to people. I love finding ways to build the confidence of my clients so that they get to stand out as a result of the work we’ve done together.

I work with organisations on the people stuff i.e. how they recruit, develop, and manage people and I work with teams to help them build their trust and effectiveness. As a coach I work with individuals to help them navigate some of these organisational processes eg. if they want promotion; or if they make major move in their life or career. I help people navigate difficult relationships at work and the issues that cross between personal and work life, often where people are feeling particularly vulnerable or stressed.

I was recently awarded merit in the AOEC Advanced Coaching Programme and am ICF accredited. Furthermore, 20 years in OD inform my coaching and I am an associate fellow of the BPS.

I’m an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach. For the last 25 years I’ve worked and consulted in sales & service organisations ranging in size from 20 people to 20,000 and more recently in education.
As a coach I am particularly keen to help people identify their strengths, unlock their potential and refocus on what positive impact people can have in the workplace. I really enjoy working with teams to help them identify their strengths and how they can improve their performance and work better together.
