My main interest in coaching is researching into its many facets and manifestations including its impact, the coach-coachee matching process, professionalization of coaching and supervision.

I am an international Mastercoach in business since 1996. Founder member of Association for Coaching. My standout strengths are leadership, strategic mindedness, courage, enthusiasm. Now semi retired, my sweet spot is working with individuals who have a dream they want to explore, action and execute. I am also an accredited coaching supervisor.
Dawn Buckley
Hi, I'm Dawn and I'm a Personal Consultant in the fields of well-being, personal development and performance. I love to help others push through their personal barriers and enable them to unleash their potential. I am the founder of 'Inside Out Personal Consulting' based in Guildford.

I bring a business background from the field of Telecommunications and experience as an elite athlete to my consulting work as well as being a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a member of the Association on Integrative Coach-Therapist Professionals.

Valuing each person's individuality I look forward to connecting with others at Guildford Coaches and seeing how we can help each other.

I left corporate HR life in April 2017, after almost 30 years, to start working for myself. Having participated in many in-house coaching courses I decided to study for the ILM Level 5 Certificate in October 2017 and I was very pleased to pass in June 2018. I currently work with a small number of coaching clients, as I'm building up this aspect of my business. I'm delighted to be part of the group and to connect with people who have the same passion as me. I always enjoy picking up hints and tips from my fellow coaches!
Diane has had a successful commercial career to Director level with international companies including ICI/AstraZeneca and Sainsbury’s. She has extensive line management experience in sales / marketing roles in UK and internationally, including research targeting and supply chain project management. She has also worked as a business strategy/performance management consultant for Deloitte.

Since qualifying as a Coach in 2002, Diane has mainly worked with senior executives from over 20 countries in companies like Microsoft, Google, Lenovo, Avon. She is a Master Coach, (Stakeholder Centred Coaching, Marshall Goldsmith USA) and an NLP Master Practitioner

Diane coaches high potential and Senior Executives to make a step change and accelerate their career progression from manager to leader and then ‘leaders of leaders’ in UK, European and global roles. She has a track record of coaching to achieve transformational behavioural change, so leaders can achieve their full potential.
A commercially-focused entrepreneurial coach and HR Director, Elizabeth’s experience includes coaching senior executives in organisations across a number of sectors, including: tech, retail, marketing, media and entertainment. 

Operating both in the UK and internationally, she has driven and delivered people strategy in fast-paced and fluid environments ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to FTSE 100.

I am an experienced qualified Career Coach who works with both private clients and organisations. I have been a partner in well known legal practices for over 20 years, 13 of which were spent on their Boards. At Capsticks – where I spent the last 10 years – the firm innovated consistently in order to meet the challenges of working for the NHS, against the backdrop of squeezed funds, greater competition and reducing legal budgets. This involved geographical expansion, commoditising routine work and diversifying into new markets. I was also responsible setting up and running our Birmingham office, and for setting up Capsticks Business Solutions, comprising HR, Governance and other consultancy services. I recently set up a consultancy, Law2Business, focussed on training and coaching for lawyers.
