Managing Director of Leadership Choices UK (UK arm of European coaching and leadership development group Leadership Choices; part owner and one of 6 Managing Partners). Based Frankfurt and London.
EMCC member (LC is also a corporate member)
Working mostly with multinational groups across Europe and occasionally beyond.
My coaching practice is guided by the belief that we as individuals have the ability to effect positive change in our lives. I carry this with me into all my coaching sessions and seek to imbue each encounter with mindful curiosity, positivity and a sense for what is possible.

I hold an ILM Level 7 Masters Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and subscribe to the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Code of Ethics.

For the past 5 years I have worked as a coach/mentor at the Guildhall School of Music on both their Masters in Leadership and BA Performance & Creative Enterprise programmes. I also meet with arts and business clients privately in London and via online sessions.

When not meeting with clients, I maintain a successful arts and music career (15 years) and lecture at the University of Surrey.
Cathy Evans:
I became a self-employed coach in 2015, following a 25+ year career in Human Resources in large Corporate organisations, the last 5 of which I was also part of an internal coaching community, coaching leaders as well as high potentials across Europe and the Middle East. My coaching is influenced by Western positive psychology and Eastern wisdom traditions and I particularly enjoy helping people feel more fulfilled, resilient and happy in both work and life. I completed a Business and Personal Coaching course with Barefoot Coaching in 2015, which is recognised by the ICF as an Approved Coach Training Programme to PCC level. I'm a member of the ICF and I am currently applying for my ACC accreditation. I also completed a Post-Grad Certificate in Coaching with Chester University in June 2016. I live in Buckinghamshire (Guildford being my nearest ICF coach group).
I have been mentoring since 2001, coaching since 2007 and coach training since 2010. It is the central part of my work and something that has given me great satisfaction as well as seeing many benefits for others.
My initial training was as a business coach, and subsequently I trained as an ICF accredited coach, and now hold their PCC level. The main pleasure I now get is teaching others to coach, either in their setting or on our accredited programmes

Chas Pell:
I am an Executive Coach and consultant with over 25 years consulting experience helping organisations in many sectors to develop strategy and drive implementation. From my background as both Engineer and an Economist, I combine astute analytical capability and strong process and project consulting skills. My experience and depth of knowledge has enabled me to work at Board level with many clients to develop strategy and enhance the performance of both the individual and the organisation. This work involves working closely with Directors and specialist groups to help them to identify how they want their organisations to change, and how to deliver the change in a cost-effective way. My experience as Managing Director of an international professional services firm provides me with a profound understanding of the issues facing today's leaders and managers.
I am an accredited Results Trained Coach (ICF ACC) and Chartered MCIPD, qualified in a range of psychometrics, including SHL level 2, Insights Discovery, MBTI, EQi and Talent Q. My specialist area of interest is emotional intelligence. Also a practising psychotherapist, I am MBACP (Accred).

I am committed to delivering opportunities to improve performance and create positive solutions for organisations, teams and individuals.

My career spans 25 years across operational and strategic Human Resources, in FMCG and latterly as HR Director for the national healthcare charity, Sue Ryder. To achieve my vision to work in a variety of organisations, facilitating tangible positive change and drive results, I set up my portfolio consultancy in 2010, ‘Climates for Success’. I have a blend of skills and pragmatism which facilitates solutions through Coaching, Resourcing and Organisation Development.
Christine Griffin:
I am an ICF accredited Executive Coach and Consultant, I help leaders, teams and HR professionals to get the best out of themselves and others in times of transition and transformation. I strongly believe that people have every opportunity to perform at their best when their outcomes are clear, they optimise their strengths, understand their needs and have an enabling and supportive work environment.

My two key client areas are creatives and people who find worry or anxiety is stopping them taking the steps they dream of making in both their work and private lives.
I use a varied approach that includes NLP, Neuroscience and 3 Principles coaching.
I founded True Leadership to make a difference for people who want to make a difference. I believe that when leaders succeed in living their values, it’s not just the business that benefits but society as a whole.

I'm a professional coach and trained mentor with experience of helping people in leadership roles create lasting impact in their organisation, community and society. I help executives, senior managers, influencers and policy makers grow as leaders, maximise their impact and achieve sustainable success.

In the 10 years prior to launching True Leadership, I helped senior leaders in investment banking, FTSE100 organisations and media companies build philanthropic partnerships with for-purpose organisations to fund transformational medical research. I continue to support philanthropists and charities in achieving this impact through consultancy for a small number of organisations.

I'm a member of the ICF and the UK Values Alliance.
